Priser
Hos Nordic Beard Factory er alle priserne omregnet i den valuta, som gælder i det land du handler
fra og angivet inkl. moms og afgifter. Vi forbeholder os ret til fra dag til dag at ændre i priserne
uden forudgående samtykke. Der tages forbehold for udsolgte varer.
Betaling
Nordic Beard Factory v/Per Jan Lund modtager betaling med VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron,
Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay,. Betalingen vil først blive trukket på din konto, når varen afsendes.
Der tages forbehold for prisfejl og udsolgte/udgåede varer.
Levering
Nordic Beard Factory tilstræber at afsende ordre inden for 3 dage.
Vi sender til hele Danmark og det medte af verden. Fragtpriser fra 35 kr. Varer vil blive leveret på
leveringsadressen, der angives ved bestillingen.
Dine varer sendes med Post Nord eller GLS.
OBS: Hvis der ikke er plads på udleveringsstedet bliver pakken flyttet til nærmeste udleveringssted,
hvilket du får besked om. Opstår der problemer, kontakt da kundeservice.
Der leveres varer alle ugens hverdage. Din vare vil blive leveret 3-5 hverdage efter bestillingen.
For visse varer gælder særlige leveringsvilkår. Betingelserne vil fremgå specifikt forud for køb af
disse varer.
Reklamationsret
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven. Vores reklamationsret gælder for fejl i
materiale og/eller fabrikation. Du kan få varen repareret, ombyttet, pengene retur eller afslag i
prisen, afhængig af den konkrete situation. Reklamationen gælder ikke fejl eller skader begået ved
forkert håndtering af produktet/ydelsen. Du skal reklamere i “rimelig tid” efter du har opdaget
manglen/fejlen. Nordic Beard Factory vil dække returneringsomkostninger i et rimeligt omfang. Af
hygiejne grunde kan varer, hvis emballage er brudt, ikke sendes retur

Der modtages ikke forsendelser pr. efterkrav.Refusion
Hvis der er tale om refusion, bedes du medsende bankoplysninger i form af regnr og kontonr, så det
aftalte beløb kan overføres. Disse oplysninger kan uden risiko oplyses pr. mail eller anden
elektronisk form, da det ikke er følsomme oplysninger og kun vil blive anvendt til vores opfyldelse
af refusionen.
Fortrydelsesret
Der gives 14 dages fuld returret på varer købt i vores webshop.
Perioden regnes fra den dag;

  • Hvor du modtager ordren.
  • Får den sidste vare i fysisk besiddelse, når det drejer sig om en aftale om flere forskellige varer,
    bestilt i én ordre, men leveres enkeltvis eller af flere omgange.
  • Får det sidste parti, eller sidste del i fysisk besiddelse, når det drejer sig om aftale af levering af
    varer der består af flere partier/dele.
  • Den første vare i fysisk besiddelse, når det drejer sig om regelmæssig levering af varer over en
    bestemt periode.
    Returneringsomkostninger skal du selv afholde.
    Fortrydelse skal anmeldes til os senest 14 efter købet og fra fortrydelsen skal I senest 14 dage efter
    returnere forsendelsen. Meddelelsen skal gives pr. mail på info@nordicbeardfactory.com
    I meddelelsen skal du gøre tydeligt opmærksom på, at du ønsker at benytte din fortrydelsesret.
    Ønsker du at sende varen retur til os, skal du udfylde den vedlagte Returseddel og sende varen til:

    Du kan ikke fortryde ved blot at nægte modtagelse af varen, uden samtidig at give tydelig
    meddelelse herom.
    Varer undtaget fortrydelsesretten
    Følgende varetyper indgår ikke i fortrydelsesretten:
  • Varer, som er fremstillet efter forbrugerens specifikationer eller har fået et tydeligt personligt
    præg.
  • Forseglede varer, som af sundhedsbeskyttelses- eller hygiejnemæssige årsager ikke er egnet til at
    blive returneret, og hvor forseglingen er brudt efter leveringen.
  • Varer, der grundet sin art bliver uløseligt blandet sammen med andre ved levering.
  • Varer, hvor plomberingen er brudt.
  • Udførte ikke-finansielle tjenesteydelser, hvis levering af tjenesteydelsen er påbegyndt med
    forbrugerens forudgående udtrykkelige samtykke og anderkendelse af, at fortrydelsesretten ophører,
    når tjenesteydelsen er fuldt udført.
  • Levering af digitalt indhold, som ikke leveres på et fysisk medium, hvis udførelsen er påbegyndt
    med forbrugerens forudgående udtrykkelige samtykke og anerkendelse heraf, at vedkommende
    dermed mister sin fortrydelsesret.
  • Aviser, tidskrifter eller magasiner dog undtaget abonnementsaftaler for sådanne publikationer.
  • Aftaler indgået på offentlig auktion.
  • Varer, der forringes eller forældes hurtigt.
    ReturneringDu skal sende din ordre retur uden unødig forsinkelse og senest 14 dage efter, at du har gjort brug af
    din fortrydelsesret. Du skal afholde de direkte udgifter i forbindelse med returnering. Ved
    returnering er du ansvarlig for, at varen er pakket ordentligt ind. Du skal vedlægge en kopi af
    ordrebekræftelsen. Ekspeditionen går hurtigere, hvis du ligeledes udfylder og vedlægger vores
    Fortrydelsesformular.
    Du bærer risikoen for varen fra tidspunktet for varens levering og til, vi har modtaget den retur.
    Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.
    Varens stand ved returnering
    Du hæfter kun for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der
    er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, hvorpå den fungerer. Du kan med
    andre ord prøve varen, som hvis du prøvede den i en fysisk butik.
    Hvis varen er prøvet udover, det ovenfor beskrevet, betragtes den som brugt. Hvilket betyder, at du
    ved fortrydelse af købet kun får en del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur, afhængig af varens
    handelsmæssige værdi på modtagelsestidspunktet – af returneringen. For at modtage hele
    købsbeløbet retur må du altså afprøve varen uden egentlig at tage den i brug.
    Tilbagebetaling
    Fortryder du dit køb, får du naturligvis det beløb du har indbetalt til os retur.
    I tilfælde af en værdiforringelse, som du hæfter for, fratrækkes denne købs-beløbet.
    Ved anvendelse af fortrydelsesretten, refunderes alle betalinger modtaget fra dig, herunder
    leveringsomkostninger (undtaget ekstra omkostninger som følge af dit valg af en anden
    leveringsform end den billigste form for standardlevering, som vi tilbyder), uden unødig forsinkelse
    og senest 14 dage fra den dato, hvor vi har modtaget meddelelse om din beslutning om at gøre brug
    af fortrydelsesretten. Tilbagebetaling gennemføres med samme betalingsmiddel, som du benyttede
    ved den oprindelige transaktion, medmindre du udtrykkeligt har indvilget i noget andet.
    Vi kan tilbageholde beløbsrefunderingen, indtil vi har modtaget varen retur, med mindre du inden
    da har fremlagt dokumentation for at have returneret den.

Terms & Conditons

To make a purchase on the Nordic Beard Factory shop you must go through the following steps when you have found the item you want, and put them in the basket.

1. Go to the shopping cart, review your order. It is possible to change the order of the order list.
2. Skip to billing and delivery, enter your personal information and select shipment-delsesmetode and possible. address.
3. Then, simply confirm your order by accepting our terms and conditions and click proceed to checkout.
4. After your payment, you will both see an order confirmation on your screen and get this sent to the address you specified upon purchase.

Order

On https://www.nordicbeardfactory.com you can only order items that are available through our webshop. Questions about products not found on the web shop, please feel free to contact us at info@nordicbeardfactory.com. All prices are current prices incl. VAT and other taxes. When you shop on the web shop agreement concluded in Danish. We reserve the right to pricing errors and omissions excepted. You will receive an order confirmation on the email address you specified upon purchase. Likewise, you will receive an email and SMS with the shipment tracking number as soon as the order is sent from our warehouse. It is not possible to view past orders by login the website. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, you can send an email to info@nordicbeardfactory.com.

Payment

On https://www.nordicbeardfactory.com can pay either via Nets or PayPal with the following cards: VISA / Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and MasterCard Debit. We draw first order amount from your card when goods are shipped from our warehouse. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved the acquisition. We do not take fee for the on the web shop.

Delivery

Orders booked in the Nordic Beard Factory shop delivered anywhere in Denmark (not the Faeroe Islands and Greenland). We ship your goods 1-3 working days of your order is approved and paid. All orders are delivered by parcel post via Post Denmark or GLS. You receive a forsendelsesadvisering per. e-mail and SMS.
Orders over £ 500, – delivered carriage paid to an address in Denmark. For orders under this amount, you can choose from the following shipping methods and associated shipping fees.

GLS private DKK 45, –
Post Denmark – with delivery £ 69, –
Post Denmark – without delivery £ 59, –

GLS private
The package sent by GLS to the private address that you specified upon purchase. Are you not at home at the time of delivery, the GLS put a pickup note in your mailbox. You can then pick up your package at the specified GLS package shop for up to 7 days. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the Nordic Beard Factory. We send you your package to you again upon payment of a new shipping fee.

Post Denmark with delivery
The package sent by Post Denmark to the private address that you specified upon purchase. Are you not at home at the time of delivery, Post Denmark will put a pickup note in your mailbox. You can then pick up your package at the post office for up to 7 days. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the Nordic Beard Factory Design A / S. We send you your package to you again upon payment of a new shipping fee.

Post Denmark without distribution
The package sent by Post Denmark to the nearest post office or the nearest pack box if you are registered for this service via Post Denmark. You receive a message by sms or e-mail from Post Denmark, as soon as the package is ready for pickup.

Cancellation

You have 14 days to cancel when you shop at Nordic Beard Factory shop. Right runs from the day you received the goods.

You must within 14 days of receipt notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notification shall be in writing on info@nordicbeardfactory.com or by using the attached withdrawal form. In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

You can not undo the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without being given us clear message on this.

By withdrawal you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is proven beyond what is outlined above, we consider it as used, which means that you know the chagrin of purchase only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount return you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use. If you regret your purchase, you get of course the amount you paid us back. In the event of an impairment that you are liable for, subtract-kes this purchase amount.

We only accept return items purchased on https://www.nordicbeardfactory.com.

Along with your goods you will receive a return label which you can be of benefit if you wish to return goods you have purchased. Have you received the goods with Post Denmark, you will accordingly receive a return label from Post Denmark. Have you received the goods with GLS, you will receive a return label from GLS.

When using the enclosed return label, we draw automatically the value of this return label from the value of your returns, regardless of the return package size. The value of a return label from Post Denmark is DKK 59, – and the value of a return label from GLS corresponding to DKK 39, -.

Goods returned with a completed return form. On the return slip, you can see what information we need from you. The package submitted by parcel post, respectively. post office, in a døgnposten package vending machine or in a GLS Parcel Shop depending on the carrier indicated on the return label.

If you regret your purchase, we will transfer the money to your bank account within 14 days after we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal. The only cost you thus at a regretted purchase, postage to send it back to us, and if you have paid to have delivered the order with you.

In return, you are responsible for that goods are packed safely into. You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the goods.

If you wish to exchange the purchased item for another item, you must return the purchased item be-written above and we transfer the amount to your account. The new products simply order at the webshop as a new order since all orders are processed individually.

Note We do not receive packages sent by fax. on delivery or pick up packages that are sent without delivery.

warranty

When you shop at https://www.nordicbeardfactory.com, you have 24 months warranty. If you have received a faulty item or a different product than you ordered, you can either have the item replaced or your money back. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. If your complaint is justified and you want replacement, we will despatch a new product carriage paid within 5 working days of receipt, while the repayment of a product takes place within 14 days of receipt.

You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error in the product. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Along with your goods you will receive a return label, which you should use to return reklamati-onsvaren along with a completed return form. Have you received the goods with Post Denmark, you will accordingly receive a return label from Post Denmark. Have you received the goods with GLS, you will receive a return label from GLS.

Have you sent an item into the cancellation or complaint, you will always get a mail when we receive the product. In the mail you get information about the next steps in dealing with your cancellation / claim.

transport Damage

It is very important that you check that the consignment is not damaged upon receipt. By acknowledgment of receipt, you signify the same time that the product was no damage and defects, and will invalidate our insurance on the shipment. If there is any damage to the packaging, you need to instead make objections to the carrier.

By visible shipping damage to the shipment / item – what do I do?
Reject shipping immediately “due to transport damage.” So take the carrier shipment with again, and you must then contact us and we’ll send a new one immediately.

By visible shipping damage to the carton / shipment – what do I do?
